It shows my grandmother as my great aunt. The tree is clear. She is my mother's mother. How does this come up with great aunt? How do I fix this?

Bjørn P. Brox Your mothers mother was correct, but there was a duplicate profile of her and a brother that needed to be merged together.

Dan Keinan Hi, I used to add both of my dad and mom under the same email ( a they share the same inbox). however it created a currapted relationship and Geni is treating them as the same person with a duplicated pofile. I cant log in to their profiles so change it or change it on my end. Can someone help with removing thier profiles so I can add those bak again correcctly?
