For the past couple of days I've been getting the "Geni will be right back" page almost constantly. It usually happens from about 4pm and lasts well into the night. I understand Geni may have a high volume of traffic at these times but this hasn't happened to me before. Also, a big company like Geni should be able to handle large amounts of traffic at peak times. Again, what's the point in paying for something that continues to have bugs/issues??

I will not react on your comment that Geni is a big company or not. That are your words. But it is good that you see Geni as big company. But is has a very small paid staff.

Melinda Ann Sowers For the past several days I get "Geni will be right back" messages. I've tried closing the program and re-opening and signing in. I too see this happening in the early evening through midnight or so. I am a heavy user but I've paid for that privilege. Apparently, there is something amiss or Geni just can't handle the demand.
