My computer freezes when I access different features of your program.

Jeroen M.W. van Dijk First it is a program and secondly it my program. I'm just a simple user of the Geni service like all you all that is reading this.
But I feel bad that your computer freezes. If it does it again please contact your local computer specialist. She can tell you where the problem is. Personally I'm one of those ICT preformance specialists that knows a little bit of freezing computers or computers that slows down. It can be several things and yes one can be wrongly written software, but normally it is a hardware problem or an OS problem.
I really sorry, but even for Geni pro users there is no support for this kind of problems. If you think this kind of support should offered by Geni of if you think the Geni software or service is broken then please reacte. And contact a curator like me. I'm one the technical curators.
