one profile will not load

 onset of problem:

1. I tried to add a mother to https://www.geni.com/family-tree/index/6000000083164983017 but upon completion of typing the addition would not load.

2.  I then added the father of https://www.geni.com/family-tree/index/6000000083164983017 . It worked.

3. The mother was still trying to load.

4. I rebooted and waited overnight

5. The mother of https://www.geni.com/family-tree/index/6000000083164983017 still does not load.

Question: What should I do next?

I've not seen a problem like this in the 5 years that I've been on Geni.

  I even switched over to the new HTML view, in case that might be the cause... No help there. There seems to be a profile already in lace as I had already tried once to add one. It is not accessible.

  You have a ghost spouse of Elward Smith Munroe there usually caused by delete/restore of a profile, and you probably need some help from Geni staff on that one.

  I will try to fix this by a disconnect from Edward Otis Munroe and a delete//restore of Elward Smith Munroe, so don't be alerted if you get a deleted profile message.

  It did not help, - since Elward Smith Munroe was a single profile we just leave him deleted with the ghost spouse and you can add new parents to Edward Otis Munroe.

  It has happened again:

  I am getting a recurrent problem that happens in the same manner: I'll show the new case:
  1) I create a new branch by creating a profile
  2) to this profile I add a spouse (so far so good) https://www.geni.com/people/Marilla/6000000083237147823
  3) I add a second spouse for https://www.geni.com/people/Marilla/6000000083237147823 but this 3rd profile goes into an unretrievable infinite loop.

  Please help me clean up this particular situation.
