Unable to remove wrong person as child of wrong couple

 This person is not the son of Henry Richard White and Berthina Jacomina Radley. Berthina was born in 1871. This Henry Joseph Murray White is the son of another couple - Henry White and Sarah Mary Riggs not included in this White Family.

  Have you tried going to the "Relationship" section of the son's profile and change the parents from there? You might have to add Henry and Sarah.

  Have done that but it does not help! Parents Henry and Sarah added and made biological, changed the first set of parents to adoptive and tried to remove them but it still does not allow it because it will split the tree.

  I need this to be fixed!!!!

  I also tried to remove Susanna Schwartz and the same problem arises - it will split the tree. I had the same problem previously and it was fixed for me, why not now. I was NOT the person who made this mistake of connecting wrong parents!!! This is the problem with GENI, other people merge and link wrongly and it messes up the genealogy!
