When selecting 'Submit a ticket' link from within the Help section, it redirects you to the credit card payment page - forcing you to upgrade your subscription. So currently there is fat chance of getting in touch with you morons at Geni.

Bjørn P. Brox Correct. Support is not a free service as on most sites.
You can however be lucky getting the correct answers from other users or volunteer curators by posting your question here or in the public discussions.
