From Rev. Billy Joe Gross GEDmatch # A203907. I log on and go to work on my tree and all of my information that has taken me a year and 6 months is gone. Poof up in smoke. This platform should be reported to to the Genealogy Association and removed and assets dissolved by the Federal Government. Please tell me what is going on with my account?

Peter Lindström The same has hapend to me!!! It must be conected to my profie because my dougter can see it all. I have updated adobe flash and tested with difrent web browsers.

Lee-Anne Samson Weird- I just struggled as well, finally got the right combination of browser and adobe flash to work. Not sure what the issue was. Hope it works out for you both as well.

Kathy Case The same thing has happened to me. It took me 9 years to enter much of this information. There seem to be "curators" changing things with my family (merging profiles, etc.) and I wonder if that has messed things up. VERY upsetting. I can't even find a link to complain--just canned help messages and promotions.

Peter Lindström Kan fortfarade inte se trädet, men alla släktdata finns i databasen. Har uppdaterat adobe flash, prov Explorer, Opera, Chrome, annan nätverksanslutning. Samma problem med alla kombinationerna. Kör Windows 7 på dena PC. Provat på annan PC med XP med samma resultat. Min dotter kan från sin PC se allt!!!???Var ligger problemet

Tammy Fingerhut From the looks of this thread i.e. the dates....something majorly stupid has happened and deleted a lot of our important information. I finally felt comfortable enough to use this for sharing. I have a tree program I paid for but it doesn't share yet. I guess we will have to try again w/ something else. When you find something comparable...post it here.

Maj-Lis Lindström My problem is connected to my profile. Someone or something is blocking my profile!!! I now has invited my wife to our family tree and working on the same PC in her name with all data and can see the tree. My profile still is blocked. No PC problem. Whats wrong?

Danielle Weiner I can't access my tree either! I have a ChromeBook that already has Adobe Flash pre-installed. I followed instructions to enable it, then tried accessing tree again but NO LUCK. I started this tree at least 5-6 years ago and have added to it over the years a few times, but have not tried to view it for quite some time until today. WHAT GIVES? Has anyone found a phone number for Geni yet???
