Jeroen M.W. van Dijk The easiest is to merge the old and the new profile. The previous one wiht has those 5 generations on it are still waiting. If you can give the links to the new and previous one then I or some Curator can merge them. Or do something clever with them.

Bjørn P. Brox You did not log in, you have created a new account by using another email than your original, and it looks like it is not the first time. Simply log out and log in again with another email you might have used.
Merging the old and new account as Jeoren suggest can only be done by a curator if you add details and profiles to your new account which identifies which of the many Matte Bakers is your original tree, and I would expect that you would get duplicate profile suggestions which you can approve to initiate a merge your self. Adding the old email to your current account would also ask you to merge it with the old.

Bjørn P. Brox Just log in on the empty account, click on your name at the top left to get to your account settings and you will find an option to close your account.
Based on login timestamp compared to the timestamp of your first message I think I have identified both your new and old account and can merge them for you if you want that instead, but after the merge you need to go into your account settings to ensure which email is the primary.
There are by the way three other empty accounts with your name, but there is no way for me as a curator to identify if they are yours since I cannot see the email adresses which might be yours if they are using a personal domain name.

Matt Baker because I am only getting emails from geni on one certain email account , that is the one I have been using to log in but if it doesn't work and I reset my password a new profile comes up with a new tree that has no family members on it
