Hello. I'm trying to download my free family tree chart but an error window keeps popping up. I've tried it on Chrome and Mozilla. Can you please solve that? Thank you.

Martin Curtis Ewald Hello. While I've been able to download family tree charts in the recent past, I'm now having the same issue as Inga.
I've tried Chrome, Firefox, and Edge... no luck today.
The only thing I've updated on my system -- just today in fact -- is Adobe Flash.
