Need to boot managers who have added themselves/claimed profiles I added way back when I started my Geni account

I started Geni LONG before it switched to this annoying shared tree, shared managers, anyone can be an editor even if you want to stay private, thing, and I hate hate hate it now. I don't want other people using information I spent 1000s of hours painstakingly researching in person to glom onto their tree, changing information I entered, merging profiles, "claiming" profiles, etc. 

I have been trying to talk to a human at Geni about this for MONTHS. I've filed reports, submitted tickets, talked to their social media accounts, all to no avail.

This is putting my and my family's personal information at risk through the whims and carelessness of others. I have a clear idea of how I want to proceed and the available partial-fix tools in the app for these issues don't cut it. I want to talk to a human person who works for Geni about how to move forward in fixing this problem for my tree.

  Please note: a public message board for bug reports is not how I prefer to handle these things. I've tried every private avenue I can think of and been ignored, and have actively been refused a way to talk to a person. It's poor customer service.

  Are you employed by Geni? If not, your comment is not relevant to my needs or my issue. If yes, then I need to speak with a HUMAN by phone who can actually get access to the things I need changed and make the changes happen.
