FamilyTree DNA Software Glitch Delaying DNA Results Transfer to Geni

Uploaded DNA from Ancestry to FamilyTree DNA on March 18, 2019. Today is 4/15/2019, FamilyTree still has not uploaded the DNA results due to a glitch in their system. First advised of their glitch on 3/21, fixed in late March, and still no results. "IT" has fixed the issue, just need to wait for their system to correct itself and upload the results to Geni. A month of the same story, it's getting a bit old.

  The way to upload DNA results to Geni is by using the FamilyTree DNA website. That is correct. And that there are some problems that is also a signal I am getting. When it is solved there is no time for named. I share your feelings and the only thing we can do is wait and it is not solved in few days or even weeks.

  Hi, can you please try unlinking your FTDNA account from Geni and then re-link it to see if your results transfer?
