What happened to my family tree? All my entered relatives on tree were visible yesterday (but wouldn't print) and today tree is empty but 1 person. I've worked 7 or so hours on this project and am heartbroken and shocked by this outcome.......

Liese Ricketts Same here. Last night I printed out my entries and today they are gone. I am NOT going to even consider re-entering the. Get this thing to work!!!

The tree you created on May 25 has 10 people in it. They have not disappeared. Please make sure you are logged into your correct account and have not accidentally created a duplicate account.
