Location shows up in wrong language

I fill out profile information in two languages: English and Russian. When I need to fill out birth and death location, only location in Russian is available.

  Geni did change location service and there are or were some startup problems.

  I have had contact with starter of the report and now I have problem also. 

  I will try to come up with answer on this situation that works.
