No Push Pins! Help!

The Push Pin feature has completely disappeared from all profiles. I have not been able to access it for some time. Curators are unable to assist and have said that they are also experiencing this problem. Can someone please fix this?

I'm using Windows 10 on a PC with Firefox. (No, I can't change to Chrome.... Google is not permitted on my computer. As it is I already gave up Internet Explorer to use Geni.).

  Hi Jim, just a reminder that as a Geni Pro user you are entitled to priority support.  You can get our attention more quickly by using the "Submit a ticket" link at the top of these help pages.  No need to do that now, though, because we're already investigating (see my message to you in the Medieval Duplicates discussion).
