I have bought a 6 month membership and I can't access anything because your website keeps blocking me with membership walls. Please clean up your programming or I will not renew and I may cancel my membership within 24 hours and never use this again.

You may be trying to access Record Matches and Smart Matches, which are not included in a Geni Pro subscription. Record Matches and Smart Matches are provided in partnership with MyHeritage and require a separate MyHeritage data subscription to view and confirm to your profiles on Geni.As a reminder, Geni Pro is an annual subscription and gives you access to additional features on Geni, including Tree Matches (matching profiles on Geni), full access to our search engine, unlimited media uploads, and priority support. Note it is not required to upgrade to use Geni.
