Can't keep a preferred size on-screen. Trying to adjust the size and placement of a portion of a tree on-screen and it randomly moves about, going from large to small. Any idea of what's going on?

Which version of the tree are you using, the Flash or the HTML version? Have you tried clearing your browser cache/cookies?

Judson Ronald Rhodes The version really doesn't seem to be obvious, and why should it matter anyway? No, I haven't cleared my browser (Edge) cache or cookies, either. The displayed information (basically the tree with me at the center, resizes at will. This doesn't happen with any other app I use. Why Geni? It's quite annoying.

Geni Support Team We need to know which version so we can diagnose the issue. At the top of the page, click on the small triangle and let us know which version of the tree you are using. See the screenshot below for an example.
Please also try clearing your cookies and cache and restart your browser. Then let us know if the problem continues to happen. If it is, please let us know what version of Edge you are using. If you have other browsers installed, you may also want to check if it is happening there too.
