The last two days I have got more than 50 e-mails about the same person concerning  DNA test results. One mail is enough.

  I have also received emails re DNA test results every few minutes for the last seven hours - in excess of 200 emails! Please stop.

  I have also received multiple emails concerning the DNA of the same person. They just keep coming. Please stop them.

  You may specify which mails from Geni you want to receive on https://www.geni.com/account_settings/notifications

  That may help a bit

  A PRO user made a ticket for this problem, so hopefully it will be fixed soon.

  To make sure the mails are going from geni.com ???
