  This can be solved by a Curator. See https://help.geni.com/hc/en-us/articles/229706767-How-can-I-contact-a-Curator- how to contact a Curator,

  I am one of the data Curators so I will try to contact the one that have posted the question or remark. Maybe I can find out why is it offline or what is the problem.

  And if it a bug or feature or simple a question a data Curator can solve.
