Geni wouldn't let me in - claimed wrong password, I have a hard copy of all my passwords. Reset my password, my family tree disappeared from free Geni. Discovered Geni has moved my tree from free to pro with out my permission or consent. You are holding my tree hostage by demanding a pay subscription to see it. I will be looking into possible legal action. Roger Kahrau

Our records show you were able to log back into your account. You currently have a free basic account. Please note that it is not required to upgrade to use Geni or to view your tree. With a free basic account, you may add unlimited people to the tree and collaborate with others. If you have further questions about your account, please email us at subscriptions@geni.com.
