I have attempted to upload my GEDCOM file (from Family Treemaker). My tree is TOTALLY scrambled. My mother is my wife, my grandmother is my daughter, and my sister is my granddaughter.
I try to submit a ticket, and it requires me to pay for a subscription! So far, I have ZERO desire to subscribe to a site that messes up my data so much. Last thing I am willing to do is PAY for customer support to fix the errors caused by your own upload errors!!

Geni Support Team Hi Lyle, it sounds like you may have accidentally merged yourself with your father during your import. You may want to go to your GEDCOM dashboard to undo the import.
Simply click 'Research' at the top of the page and select 'GEDCOM.' Then click 'undo' next to the branch that was imported. Please see our FAQ for details https://help.geni.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018818713-Can-I-undo-a-GEDCOM-import-
When you re-import your tree, make sure the name you select in the file (Step 3) corresponds to the name of the Geni profile (Step 1). Instructions on how to import your tree can be found here https://help.geni.com/hc/en-us/articles/229705127-Can-I-import-a-GEDCOM-into-Geni-
