Manager Options no longer under Actions menu

Is there no longer a way to add a manager to my profile?  I don't see 'Manager Options" under the Actions menu.

I do see "Let my family edit my profile" under Privacy Settings, but that seems like an very liberal setting.

  You probably should not add another manager to your profile. The option is only for non claimed (non user) profiles.
