I keep getting emails stating that gedcom import can't continue due to matches which need to be resolved. However, when the link is clicked to resolve, I get a green bar at the top of the gedcom screen saying "Nearby matches have been resolved"
I currently have eight individuals showing with matches nearby, but when resolve is clicked nothing come up but the redrawn screen with the green bar saying matches resolved.
Is the gedcom finished? Or stalled?? Why do I get multiple daily emails saying gedcom can't continue if nothing is able to be resolved??
The following is the third email in the past hour for this person...
To continue your import, you must review the match and confirm it (which will connect your tree to other branches already on Geni), reject it (if the match appears incorrect) or you may skip the import on this branch.
