Merging of profiles.

I am using the HTML system;

 

 For the last few days, I am unable to merge profiles as  "the more" indicator just move as far down as 1 View profile. and some times the next one is  Add Photo and sometimes in the same place appears Delete. It never goes as far down as Move Profile.

Previously it works quite ok.
