Cannot access my old profile

I created a large family tree here many years ago. Now Geni wants me to create a new tree instead of letting me access my old account. I’m quite clueless about what to do. Is there any way to fix this please and merge my old profile with the new one that Geni has created?

  I have the same problem.  I have lost all my dna matches.  Could you please give me back my matches?
