When using "tree view" in both setup; Flash or HTML, the popup; "Move mode" keeps appearing which unfortunately makes geni unusable. How is it possible to deactivate the mode?

Can you please let us know what operating system you are using? Did you intended to activate Move mode and now it wont go away?

Michael Joseph Lambie how do you de-activate Move Mode? i have no idea how it comes on or how to turn it off? it's super annoying. there's no visual indicator after the pop-up message. so I have no idea how to turn it off. happens all the time!

Kim Nørregaard Abildgaard Lomholt Hi, tried different laptops with: Windows 10, MacOs and Chrome OS.
I have not intended to start move mode and don't know how to activate/deactivate it.

Geni Support Team "Move mode" is activated by holding down the control button on the keyboard. Releasing the button should deactivate it.
Kim, what browser/versions have you tried? To diagnose the issue, it would be helpful if you can recall what actions you were doing in the tree when it activated.

Kim Nørregaard Abildgaard Lomholt Hi, the ctrl-function seems to be the reason.
When holding down the Ctrl it does what you say, but when switching from one fan to another by using Ctrl+tab it doesn't deactivate until pressing at Ctrl again.
The problem is now solved for me, many thanks. However, I think the short cut is a bit inappropriate.
