Hi, When I click on Edit on either my or my wife's profile box and then I click on Relationships tab it shows we are each other's husband and wife. But when I open our profiles by clicking on our names on our profile boxes it does not say that in Immediate Family section. Our children are listed. What do I need to do to fix it?

The problem you describe looks to me to be a software issue that will need one of the engineering team to get involved.
I have disconnected you wife's profile from yours and then reconnected it, this did not help.
I created a second wife for you, this profile displayed correctly but after i merged your existing wife into it the relationship does not display.
One option which may work is to delete your wife's profile and make a new one. I think the actual problem is with her specific profile not the connection to you so by deleting that profile and starting a new one the problem won't be fixed but it will be avoided instead.
