I submitted a ticket 3 days ago and still haven't received a response. Have Geni and my heritage subscriptions and I can't do anything on my site. Smart Matches won't load, can't get past the robot that shouldn't even be coming up to view matches. Since I'm paying for this, I should receive help a little faster. This is bullshit.
