I've followed the instructions to cancel the free trial 4 times and every time it's a dead end, because there is no "Make Changes to Geni Pro Subscription" button to click to get to the Cancel My Trial button they claim is there.
If this company refuses to let me cancel then charges my card for an unwanted membership, I will press charges.

Hi Cleto, we see that you currently have a free basic account and have not signed up for a free trial of Pro. If you have upgraded to a Pro subscription using an account under a different email address, please email us at subscriptions@geni.com .
