When I try uploading a website link as a new document it's stuck on "Processing" stage forever. It doesn't change.
However, when I close the uploading window, I can see in my documents the link I uploaded and I can tag some profiles to it. but after a few minutes/hours it vanishes.
When I'm uploading a document such as PDF, it finished successfully and I can see it after a long time.
This happened to me a lot, for years... I don't know what is the problem and I tried searching for a solution unsuccessfully.
Does anybody is familiar with this problem? any solution/help?
