Why were we not advised that data may only be accessed as a full Premium Plus paid-up member? The so-called sister site MyHeritage I assume is no longer an affiliate as Premium Plus membership there entitles one to nothing on Geni any longer. An explanation would be nice.

Geni offers two type of memberships: basic (free) and Pro (premium subscription). With a basic membership, users can add unlimited people to the tree and collaborate with other users. A Pro subscription gives you access to additional features, such as Tree Matches (matching profiles on Geni), full access to our search engine, and priority support. Note it is not required to upgrade to use Geni.

You refer to a PremiumPlus membership, which is a family site subscription on MyHeritage. The PremiumPlus subscription does not give you any access to Geni's premium features.
