I received today an email from my Geni email threatening and blackmailing me about supposed unnamed relative into payment to them of bitcoin. Obviously it is a BOT mail but using a realistic email as sender.
1. How did this email get into my Geni email without blocking?
2. How do I stop future acts of email hacking?
3. How do I change email address and is this the answer?
