Does Geni have alternate contact addresses for profile mangers which they can use to contact them when they do not respond to messages sent to the listed profile manager's address?

Failing the above, can anyone contact Robert Young manager of the Young family tree https://www.geni.com/family-tree/index/2304733

  I, too, have been trying to contact a profile manager about a profile that has some serious misinformation. They won't/haven't responded.  Any help on who to go to next is appreciated.
