Hi, I upgraded my account to Geni PRO and it is not working. i checked my Pay Pal and it shows my transaction. After fews days my PRO account went back to basic. Please help, where to report? When I clik on Smart Matches, it goes on myheritage.com and ask me to pay. Could you help me ? Thanks.

Geni Customer Support Official comment Hi Alexandre, the Geni Pro account gets you access to premium features on Geni such as our search engine and automatic tree matches. The matches to MyHeritage are not included in Geni Pro, as that requires a MyHeritage account that has access to records (MyHeritage data subscription or Complete subscription). If you feel your money would be better spent on the MyHeritage data subscription, send us an email at subscriptions@geni.com and we'll be glad to help you out.
