i would like help- for several days i have been trying to print my tree- and it wont print! if this is NOT a function of the site- it sohould be specified- PRIOR to entering in all the information!
why offer this function if it doesnt work! isee there are hundreds of posts regarding printing geni family trees!!

Can you please let us know if you are trying to print from the HTML or the Flash version of the tree? Can you please provide more details about what steps you took and what occurs when you try to print?
Same problem, I have tried both the HTML and the Flash version and It does the same thing. When I press download It attemps to open another page and then it comes back to the same one now with the download option enable, when I press that nothing happens, I have checked the download folder and there is nothing there. Any idea?

Hi Rafael,
Once you click 'Download,' a new page opens with a PDF of the tree that can be downloaded and printed. Is it possible your browser is blocking the page from opening?
