photo upload not working in both Chrome and Firefox :(

  Geni photo uploaded started failing last night and not working at all today.  Last night a couple of pics (like 4 out of 8) did upload.  But the message sending with the green progress bar didn't not appear even then.

  Well was functional for a very short time (3 uploads of only 6 pictures each) and just crashed again.
