i set up tree a few years ago and i just logged in and everything is gone?

Geni Support Team Hi Hugo, it sounds like you may have created a duplicate account. Do you recall using a different email address to create your original account?

Rachel Levitan I have tried opening both accounts that I had in my passwords and both of them were blank. I spent a lot of time inputting information and am slightly annoyed that one or both have vanished. How can I retrieve this information?
