I am researcing one of my direct ancestors, but when I try to access the Profile page ofmy ancestor, I am redireted to the page to pay for Geni Pro. I am not able to purchase Geni Pro right now due to financial problems, but I would like to continue to use the Feni.com web site.
Please let me know how to opt out of the ad page so I will be able to continue my researh.

Hi Sally, full access to our search engine is a Pro feature. Basic members may only access profiles they manage or collaborate on in the search results for free. These profiles are indicated with a green check mark.
If you are not yet ready to upgrade to Pro, you can use Google to search for the profile name + geni.com to access the profile from the results, if it is a public profile.
