Hi. I made my account and filled my family tree 10 years ago and edited it two years ago. Now I tried to edit it agin but did not remember password. I restarted password using same e-mail that I used all the time for last 10 years. Password restart was successful and I was able to log in but it crated new account and wanted me to start new tree. If I search my name it find my tree but my account is not connected to that. To make tree matches geni expexts me to pay for GeniPro. Why should I do that if they are not able to keep my e-mail connected to that account that i made 10 years ago? Every time I want to log in they make new account for me with same name and same e-mail but to connect it to my existing one I have to pay?...

Geni Support Team Hi Raivo, we see you created a duplicate account. You do not have to upgrade to fix this. We have merged your accounts on your behalf, however, there are some duplicates you will need to resolve. In the tree view, click on the yellow triangle at the bottom left corner of your node to merge the duplicates.
