Hello, I do not like HTML tree: it does not work well, I am disappointed with it on Chrome, Edge, Firefox. "Navigate" does not work at all, I can only see the upper half of the tree, it does not move to the left or right as it moves on Flash, HTML cannot be compared with "Navigate" on the Flash tree! And - most of all - there are only a few days and Adobe Flash Player will be totally away!!! What will we do??? Sorry, but you did not prepare the full-featured equivalent to the Flash Player in time!!! Now we can only watch our trees and wait, when HTML will operate properly - how many years will you need to correct it??? Other problem: when I tried to print my tree in HTML version, the pdf file was unreadable after printing it - blurred fonts, unusable!!! Your Flash was 1st class 10 years ago compared to todays HTML!!! - Very BAD!!!

  Hi Gabriel, thanks for your feedback. We've forwarded this to our engineer and hope to have a fix soon.

  In the mean time, you may want to consider changing the number of generations to display in the tree to make navigation a little easier.

  Hi, Support Team, yes, I see, that the map under Navigate is now better. As I see the "Completed" besides my 1st comment, I do not know, if you have resolved my problem with printing from pdf. I extracted some pdf file, but I cannot print it now - I will see it tomorrow... I hope you will go on changing HTML tree towards the much more higher quality of the Flash one. Thank you!

  I am also trying to print a tree, how do I print a tree with my wife and i as the center with our children and up to our grandparents?
