There is a problem of GENI connecting with ftDNA,  how a lady in the chat of ftDNA told me,

Hello,

I connected the DNA kit from ftDNA of my father
https://www.geni.com/people/Vieslaw-Habelman/6000000063823826852
and my brother
https://www.geni.com/people/Johan-Habelmann/6000000063823877900.

On ftDNA site of both You can see the profiles are connected.

Their Family Tree DNA kit from My Heritage has already been processed and there are matches on the ftDNA site, but You can't see the results on GENI.

There is a problem of GENI connecting with ftDNA,  how a lady in the chat of ftDNA told me,
she also told me to contact the GENI team to solve the problem, as she worked on it ...

Can You please help me to solve the issue?

  Hi Mira, it looks like you were able to resolve this issue. Vieslaw Habelman and Johan Habelmann both have their DNA connected to their profiles.
