I am trying to create an account for my father in law. He initially created the account but doesn't remember the password. We tried to reset the password but never get the confirmation email. Email address works fine and he gets and received email from other places. Nothing in his spam or junk folder. I even checked mail server logs (yes, I am in IT and run my own servers) where I see no any type of delivery attempts from Geni.
Ironically, Geni has no support unless you pay. This lack of even basic account support is not going to make me reach for a wallet to get a membership.
