I did my family tree in Geni back in 2009. I accessed it recently and Geni told me to change from Flash to HTML.
After I did that my tree is not there. Just me. However if i search someone in my tree, just as a google search, that person in my tree comes up and I can access the tree to view but not edit.
What can I do to get my tree back when i log in? I also want to download my tree as a file but the current tree doesn’t permit me to do this.
Melanie Bernstein, a relative by marriage is showing as manager of tree with me and Colin Mendelsohn (another relative) but i can’t edit the tree. There are errors in my part of the family tree and additions I wish to make.
Please help me to get back on track.
