I've tried both adding credit card information and trying to upgrade through paypal. I get weird/dumb errors in response to my credit card details, something about the vitals being wrong. Which is weird/dumb since they're details that work fine everywhere else and are being auto entered from my password manager to the chance that they are actually wrong is vanishingly slim. With paypal I get something strange about a certificate error. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
