Hi Beverly, if you do not see the option to update deceased information on the profile, then it is likely your relative may have claimed their account with their email address. Please report the profile as Deceased via the Actions button on the profile page. Once our customer service team receives the report, we can assist with unclaiming the account so that you may update the profile to reflect their passing.
