The New Consistency Checker has no way to tell it that the error is correct. The original checker used to have a method to tell it to ignore the error. I used it frequently! Husband marries a much younger wife YES 22 Yrs younger. Mom has a child in her 50"s yes that happens. Girl has a child at 14 yes that happens. All are errors according to the checker, Uncommon but it does happen. There needs to be a way to mark them as correct.

Geni Support Team Hi Linda,
We have not changed this. You can still mark an inconsistency as correct. Click the "Ignore" link at the bottom-right corner of the inconsistency and then choose "Mark this correct for all users."
Is there an inconsistency where you do not see this?

Linda (Sibley) Zimmerman This is for the new system that appears at the very top of the page, above the profile. The little orange button no longer appears with the edit profile and tree buttons, That orange button was what took you to the page where the "Ignore" option was. I saw nothing at the top of the page that would work.
Am I missing something.
Thanks
Linda

Geni Support Team Can you send a screenshot of what you are seeing on the profile page?
Inconsistency notifications should still appear on the bottom left corner of a node in the tree view or to the right, just below the matches module on a profile page.
