Hello,

I saw some of the correspondences on the same problem that I have,  but didn't succeed to fix it. How and where can I add another email address on his profile?

  Hi, your brother has already claimed his account with his email address in 2010. This is why you are unable to add a new one. We do see that he can no longer receive Geni emails, so we have made it so that you can add his updated email address to his account.
