Is the system down regarding this?

Tried several times, many times today, to merge dupicates, but the "Merge Duplicate" box is not active.

What to do?

  Hi Karin, are you still experiencing this issue? Does it happen when you try to resolve duplicates in the tree or on the merge comparison page?
