Geni Support Team Hi Peggy, we see that you have closed and deleted your account. Please note that you only had a free basic account and was NOT singed up for a free trial of Pro.
If you had signed up for a free trial of Pro, you would have easily been able to cancel your free trial in your Premium Account settings or emailed us at subscriptions@geni.com .
