Geni Support Team Hi Adam, can you please provide more information so that we can look further into this? Please let us know the type of device you are using and the browser. Also, is it just your tree or are you able to load other trees?

On both my mobile device (Android - chrome) and my private laptop (windows - firefox). I'd say the issue is device-independent and linked to some error probably from the tree itself. You must have access ro your client accounts - can you load it?

Geni Support Team Hi Adam, we are not able to reproduce your issue. Sometimes when there are too many generations displayed, the tree can take a while to load. I have lowered the number of generations to display in your tree view. Can you please see if that helped? You can click on the gear icon at the left of the tree to adjust the number of generations to display.
