Following the directions given 3 different ttimes got no response. Why are we instructed to go to My Heritage when they don’t respond to problems on Geni?Perhaps they are just as negligent to their My Heritage customers? It’s funny that I have to use my cell phone data to even post here. Some people might not understand that this is even an option. I will subscribe in the new year, because I have gotten a lot of value over the last 18 years and realize that I should be fair.
So, if your IP address is being blocked, use another WIFI station (library or restaurant) or your cell phone browser with WIFI turned off, and post on this forum to get help. This site is cell phone HOSTILE, because you get a 3 point font when you view the full page. That should be fixed as well. Maybe use a separate block list for IP addresses on this bug report page. Thanks.
